AZTECH 2320 SOUND DRIVER DOWNLOAD

I don't know other cards that have such capability. Aztech used to be quite a large sound card manufacturer back in the day and sold many sound cards. These are all first generation cards. Here's also a pic of the Sound Galaxy Basic 16 sound card update to my earlier post. Is the on board sound better for DOS game? There are a few exceptions which will be detailed in the master list below. Throughout the years, Aztech developed a number of different chipsets that implement various portions of the Sound Blaster protocol.

It has very good noise to signal ratio, but the thing I love most personally is wound it emulates parallel port and acts as Aztec Sound Source or Covox Speach Thing. During this installation process, it will sometimes create a folder where it will save your DOS utilities as well some of these utilities will help you to configure your sound card settings for DOS use. I have a quick question pertaining to this thread.

Aztech ISA Sound Cards

I've attached the drivers for both models - either one should work. The final configuration I used was: Once you've configured the card, congrats! Conclusion Aztech made some decently compatible cards.

Someone got the sticker removed. There is no material that is knowingly illegal here. That's the Intel PnP configuration manager. The AZT chipsets should work great if you're looking for the latest hardware without PnP configuration.

The Basic 16 looks very similar to the NX Pro 16, the only notable difference apart from a slightly different layout is the missing volume wheel on the Basic If you try to install the drivers or run the diagnostic utilityit will normally tell you if the particular model doesn't match the driver set.

All hail the Great Capacitor Brand Finder. All the cards with a "NX" suffix do. I read that it has hardware MPU interface, but I suppose it's not an intelligent one? The Cards What's interesting about cards that come from Aztech souund they tend to replicate features from the Aztceh Blaster extremely well.

When the parts are so much cheaper than their original retail price, it's a lot more difficult to decide on just one set of parts. The Aztech box claims "The only sound card that supports 4 sound standards". They all have the name P16IIB in the name, but there 230 3 different sets.

Thanks for the link, btw, I did not found it previously. Some cards support wavetable cards via the Aztecj header.

Last edited by James-F on I plan to use a similar style like on my Guide to the Sound Blaster Model numbers here: Windows 9x comes with the drivers and will auto detect the card. Make sure you install the Windows 95 drivers properly. Thanks to the folks over at Vogonsit was revealed that there were many other kinds of compatible sound cards and clones that were as good, if not better, than their Creative counterparts.

Also found some more that are indicated to be for Washington.
